visual composer frozen after re instalation

I dis the following steps

1. In you WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to the Plugins section.
2. De-activate and delete the current version of Visual Composer.
3. For uploading, use the js_composer.zip file, which you can find in the main theme package downloaded from ThemeForest, inside the Premium Plugins folder.

and I steel have the same issue: VC editor didn't load

I use mozilla firefox and I installed the 4.5v of WPBakery Visual Composer. This was in my betheme.zip

did you tried to deactivate other extra plugins? If you tried without success, then please send us access to your dashboard on pm with explanation and we'll have a look on it.

I just installed the required ones. When I click in the "edit with visual composer" the problem begins.
I start the mozilla firefox in the secure mode and have the same problem.
-updated WP and VC
-allways shows me error when change something in the theme, and them press f5 and wait if the problem was solved with the f5.
