Register staging/development site

I have only one website. But I have a non public sub domain with the staging site. I use the staging site to check out new plugins and run updates before doing on the live site. How can i use the registration license key for both staging and published site?

all of the themes on the envato market are under the same license,

You can use one license per end product, so you can use any pre-built website you desire or mix them but you cannot use the theme license on two domains.
The only exceptions are for subdomains or subfolders. You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
This also applies to subfolder on localhost installations.

After registering it (BeTheme > Dashboard) on the localmachine it should update your plugins as well.

Thank you, My mistake was I registered the sub domain first. I was able to deregister the sub domain at http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and then via WP I registered the main domain (public website). Now both main domain and sub domain staging site are registered properly.
