Issue with taking Flat Box with linking it to inner page of the website,

On hovering on Flat Box link, our mouse arrow Respond Very Slow on hover on Flat Box Link and converting from arroa to finger as usually work well with other section of links, anchor text and muffin builder other additional content boxes.
