Unable to access Pre-built website page

Hi, why am I denied access to Betheme's pre-built websites page? 
It says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Please check, if you didn't disable the pre-built option in the Theme Options > Global > Advanced

I cannot upload the image because of some problem with the server, but you will find it as near "Theme Functions" sections

A few more question Pablo, 

I have been using Betheme's Default design, I wanted to update the theme into a new pre-built design, Mechanic 5. Do I really need to use WP Database Reset to reset all data? Does it erases all my current page in the builder?

It's necesary to use it because if you will import the demo with actual content it will overwrite your theme options and download new pages into your website.

And yes, it will remove your content from the builder.
