Menu and header disappear on mobile devices

My top mega menus and header images do not display when the site is viewed on a mobile device.

Urgent help is requested as the site is live.

    Hello,
    the logo does not show because there is no background color for the header on mobile.
    Go to theme options>colors>header and change the top_bar_left background color to other than whie.
    The mobile menu icon was removed from the menu by your custom CSS.
    The mega menu will not work on mobile devices. Are you using our mega menu? This looks like a plugin or you customized it yourself because when you open our mobile menu, you get 2 other menus inside.
