Site loads weird / buggy

Whenever I open the site things jump around. The same goes when I go from one menu to another. I tried turning off cache. It looks very buggy because the menu jumps up/down and so does some text. How do I fix? https://www.loom.com/share/f0c9c8e354b24c9db052d9b51fde8a1c

Hello,

Please do all of the steps one after one.

1) Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

2) Please clear all fields from the Theme Options > SEO and Theme Options > Hooks and check if the issue still exists.

3) Please clear the CSS code field and check if the issue still exists.

Can you get rid of the "Google Rating" element? It looks like the problem is on his side, because if you will look closer, you will see that if you redirect to some page, it's inserted on the top of the website and when it get loaded, it's pushed down to be 'fixed' element - that's why the page is 'jumping'

I tried to remove the Google Rating element. This helps a bit - but the menu still jumps around in Safari?

That's because your animation scripts, if you want to leave it and do not remove it, you have to use some pre-loading plugin, to show your website when page will be loaded.
