Theme based on search filters

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to use betheme to develop a site that collects information about stores and that has as its central element the search by category, goods and location. Like this web site https://www.cosatiporto.it/ built with lisner.

It could work, as many themes, but you would have to edit the theme files with some additional js or php scripts for collecting these informations.
