Eliminate white space between subheader and section

Please see attached screenshot. I am trying to remove the white space beneath the sub-header image, as noted in the screenshot. I have tried changing the subheader padding, adjusting the margin and padding on the section block as well as in the wrapper and the column, without success. Please help? Thank you.
