FAQ opens too fast and jumps wrong

Hi,

i have a problem with the FAQ.

If you open point 3 and afterwards point 4 it jumps to the wrong position on the site (not to the beginnen of text 4)
It happens on all points but you can see it the most on point 3 to 4.

And second question, is it possible that the FAQ Tab opens a little bit slower?

Thanks a lot

Regards
Julia

  • Hello,
    1) Can you disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists?
    2) Sadly, it's not possible, we do not have any field to set the speed of opening FAQ tab.
    Thanks
  • Hi,

    1) thanks. I deactivated all the
plugins, clear the cache. The problem is still existing but a litte bit
better. It doesn't jump to the end of the site but it also doesn't jump
to the beginnig of the next point (for example from point 3 to 4) it
jumps to the middle of the text on point 4. I aktivated the plugins
again and the problem isn't as bad as the beginning but same as with the
deactivated plugins (jumps in the middle of the text from point 3 to 4)
    Is
it possible that the jump goes to the beginning of the next point?
Instead you alway have to scrolle up if you open the next point - it
    isn't very good.

    2. ) okay thanks.

    Regards

  • I'm not able to help you at all when you installed third-party plugin which is not supported by us.
But, our FAQ tabs are made to scroll to the top of the content(text), not to the tab itself and sadly, it will not be possible to change that through the theme options - it's hardcoded in the theme code.
    Thanks
