Hi. I am having really weird problems with my website. it seems like it is going down in intermittent time intervals. I'm thinking the problem might be some plugin, but it is really hard to troubleshot because I cannot predict when the problem is going to happen. I have installed pretty much just the plugins that the template recommend, so I just want to ask you if you are getting other people reporting the same issue and if you have identify any problematic plugin in the package.

Hello,

If you use only the recommended plugins then it would not appear - our test site did not turned off and we use all of the recommended ones.

We suggest to stop using not supported, third-party plugins.

Also, you could ask your hosting provider about some logs, maybe he will be able to recognize the plugin with the error message.
