Youtube Sound

Hello, we are working in a new webpage that has in the home a background video.

( can be a youtube video or a Mp4 )

In both cases we cannot put on the sound of the video.

¿ could you help us, please ?

Hi,
if you want to autoplay, then that  function is disabled on most of the modern browsers these days. You can only autoplay videos without sound.
This is blocked by the browser and we cannot help you with this issue.
