No menu / header on Blank or Rev slider templates.

If i use the default template for my home page, i have a header section that i don't want. I want to use Revolution slider at the top. So i select the rev slider template for the page, but then i have no menu at the top. Please advise.

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

Thanks Pablo but i figured it out.  I needed to use Default template, use the page options to select the revolution slider (i was using a page element). If i use the page options at the bottom the header at the top gets properly removed and the menu shows as needed.
