Golf Demo
Hi I really like the new Golf Demo. I have already started working using another demo. I would like to add a form like the one on the homepage of the golf demo with the title "Want to join Golf Club?". Can you please tell me how I can add a page that looks like this onto the site. I have updated the template to the newest version and tried importing the demo content from the Golf theme but I don't think this added anything. Thanks.

if you want to know how some elements were done on other demo page, please create another wordpress instance for tests and import whatever you want there to check how some elements were made by us.
