Unable to update Be Theme

Hello,

I recently started working for a new client who uses Be Theme version 20.9.5.6 for www.tuinjoop.com

I can't update: "packets empty". So I just purchased a new license so we can update to 21.6.1, but when I fill in the purchase code and username on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ it responds with an error: {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

Please advise on how to proceed,

Hello Sandra,

The "Api" tool is made only for deregistering the license keys, you cannot register license through that tool.

To register your website, just insert the license key in the BeTheme > Dashboard

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and try to update then.

Remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled while trying to update.
