My server has been terminated but I cannot reuse the theme

I had the theme installed on AWS server with public ip of: 54.93.71.12 . Now that i want to install it in a new server I got error that the theme is installed on that ip which doesn't exist in real world and the server is totally terminated.

Sadly, we do not provide help with the server configuration - this is only theme support.

All that I can suggest, that if you want to migrate your website from server to server, please use this plugin:

It is not about migration. I just want to install the theme and it doesn't let me to do it. It says the theme is installed on that server which doesn't exists anymore. How can I use my template again?
