My header has vanished since the last time I checked my website

I haven't done any work on my website in a while but I found out something strange had happened tonight: The header from my website is gone. "Stack: Center" is what the header is set to in the theme options, but there's nothing there at all.

On mobile, the header image is visible but the menu button doesn't bring up a menu

Hello,

The "Top_bar" is having the "Loading" class, it means that it's in conflict with something.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.
