Betheme and Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin

Is still valid that you recommends Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin? The plugin appears to be abandoned (updated 6 September 2016, tested to WP 4.0.30).

You should not worry about that, this plugin is working fine and makes his work as best as it can.

If you are worried about the security reasons, just remove it once you use it
