responsive classic menu scroll and txt color in search bar

can't find 

1. where to activate the scroll effect for responsive "classic" menu style divalgoni.com there are lots of submenu items

2. css or button for search bar gray txt

Sorry for the delayed reply.

When you want to see all the menu items when the submenu is opened it does not scroll, you can not reach all menu items below the screen height.

For all aditional questions I am at yout desposal.

the issue is on the phone, responsive option

This is normal behavior because the header is on "Fixed" type and scrolling on that type of display is not possible.

The only ways to avoid that, will be by decreasing font size or decreasing the links in the menu.

Also, you can set different menu for mobile in the Theme Options > Responsive > Header
