Hello,

the menu can be disabed in theme options>menu>style dropdown.

If you want to disable the whole heade for one page then you have to choose a blank template. Edit the page and you will find it in the right sidebar. https://prnt.sc/sdlnaz

This will also remove the footer.

Well, you will have to use a "Blank Page" template, but it will remove the footer too, you will have to recreate the footer in the Muffin Builder or other page builder.
