BeTheme Error - Cannot Update Site

Hello,

I have been unable to make updates to one of my 6 BeTheme sites: www.emilyrodavich.com.

Please advise on how to resolve this error (see below). Thank you!

Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a
plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with
this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Betheme.

First, visit your website (https://www.emilyrodavich.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.emilyrodavich.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=49&action=edit&meta-box-loader=1&meta-box-loader-nonce=f1782cce31&_locale=user) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard
normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you
safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry
about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error
occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:

WordPress version 5.4.1

Current theme: Betheme (version 13.7)

Current plugin:  (version )

PHP version 7.3.17

Comments

  • Helo,
all of the errors lead to wp-includes which has nothing to do with the theme.
If your theme is version 13.7 then you have to update to the newest version by manually removing the old theme folder and uploading a new theme downloaded from themeforest.
Then you will be able to update the theme from wordpress update tab.

Make sure you do backups of the existing website before you continue with the update since such an old version could create some issues. Please also make sure you do the update with ALL of your plugins disabled.
    thanks
