I discovered that my website had gone down sometime early this month.  I figured out how to fix it by uploading the latest BeTheme from 5-11-2020 but I have problems with it that I'm unsure how to resolve.

Using Google's PageSpeed Insights, I get a very low mobile score of 28.

I have no idea how to fix these things.  I'm not a website builder, I just own BeTheme because it seemed to offer the most options and I really liked how it looked.

What can I do to fix my mobile speeds?
