action bar don't see in mobile

Hi, I've this problem.

I've activated the action bar, activating all this option:

• Show above the headerfor most header styles
• Creative Header show at the bottom
• Side Slide responsive menu show at the bottom

But can't see the bar in mobile...

How can I do this?
