Cannot deregistration through provided webpage

I transferred my website and lost this registration key.

The problem is I couldn't found which Betheme registration key is on this website.

In the normal situation, Betheme tab in wordpress shows its registration key So I can check and deregister through http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

However, this doesn't work for the website https://www.labourinc.co.nz/

I bought new registration key for this website but cannot update now.

Hello,

How did you migrate the website? If you used some plugin, please tell me a name of it.

Also, to get your license key, you have to login to the themeforest profile, there you will find it.

I used All-in-one migration.

And this is my company account and the thing is,

my company has an only one themeforest account but there is no registered Betheme for this website.

I just want to deregister it and get a new support ticket for update all the themes for internet security.

Can you migrate your website once more? But this time, deregister it before moving it and use this plugin instead.
