Hotel5 prebuilt website, not available

Hi, i bought Betheme just because I want to install this pre build website https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/hotel5/ 

But now I install the theme and the prebuilt site i wanted  (hotel5) it is no available. Please help me solving this or I would like to  have my cash back. 

If I had known that it was not available, I would have preferred to buy Zante theme (especially for hotels).

If hotel5 is not avialable i prefer to buy Zante theme

If you want to download Hotel 5, please update your theme to the latest version first.

Then, you should see this demo and download it correctly.
