Remove content padding

Hi guys, is there any chance

• to remove all the content padding on a page. I've tried ticked the "Content | Remove Padding" slider at the page level, but thatv doesn't change anything at all. The spaces between content elements on mobile waaaay to big. 
• how do you add a "Fancy Divider" at the beginning or end of a 'row'. Everything I've found in the the forum doesn't make sense. I'm curently using a custom HTML building block with a shortcode to get the result I want. Is there a better way?

To remove the content padding in all of the pages, please go to the Theme Options > Global > Advanced

About the Fancy Divider, I do not understand what you mean - just insert the item into the Muffin Builder, fill required fields and it will work fine.
