change mobile breakpoint and shorten height of menu for mobile

I would like to change the menu breakpoint for the tablet size of the website to change later (at a smaller width).

Also, how do I change the height of the header for the smallest mobile size. It looks like I need to hide the .top_bar_right.

But to decrease header height on mobile devices, please use below css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
    #Top_bar .top_bar_right { display: none; }
}
