slider of Product 5 not imported

I followed all the instructions to import the slider demo for Product 5 pre-built website, but it doesn't work.
There are no sliders present in RS dashboard.
Where can I find the correct slider for the website?

You can import them without installing the pre-built website.
Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

If you do not see this option, please make sure that revolution slider
is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or
more.

Hello,

this is exactly what I did. I installed the theme version 21.7.2, then the child theme version 1.6.2. I have revolution slider installed and active. 
After that, I installed the pre-built website Product 5 (this is the one I'm going to use) but no slider were imported, so I tried to import only the slider as from your screenshot instructions, but nothing happened.
No slider were imported under slider revolution.

Is the Revolution Slider active while downloading the sliders?

Also, please use the parent theme for now.

I suggest to enable only the essentials plugins while downloading pre-built website.
