I can say I solved my problem.

I followed a path like this

I opened my site in the firefox browser. Then I right clicked on the place and looked at the source code

Through trial and error. I closed the quotation mark.

Then go to the Theme editor. I found that location in Custom Css file and changed it to! Impor .. to Hidden.

I would be glad if you could suggest a safer method.

That's good solution, but it would be better if you would copy and paste the modified code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS
