Add Section in Muffin Builder not showing and Text block of WPBakery Page Builder not working

1. The add section of my muffin builder is not showing 
2. The text section in General tab of WPBakery Page Builder's Text Block is not active. i can only see text and nothing is showing.

Please how can i resolve these?

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the muffin builder add section button appeared.

Also, please send us a link to your website.
