Create a password page with top menu

Good afternoon !

I'm having difficulty creating a page with a password with the menus above, the problem is that they keep showing up, I've done tests here, the correct thing would be to keep a screen with nothing, only with the login, after it is logged in, it would already show the home correct with the menus, please how can i do this?
