BeLoans 4 Footer Changes Aren't Universal

I have just imported the BeLoans 4 pre-built website and am trying to edit the section right above the footer. See here: 

When I edit this 'footer' style piece, the changes aren't global. They're specific to the bottom of whichever page I make changes on. I understand that this isn't the actual footer but sort of a secondary footer located on the bottom of the pages, but surely the solution to change the information on here isn't to manually change it on every single page, right? I also can't save it as a global widget since it's a section, as opposed to a widget.

Hello,

We use the free version of the Elementor plugin which does not include universal templates, if you do not use the PRO version, then you will have to edit it on each page.

I do have the PRO version though, but it only supports global widgets, not global sections.
