downgrade theme version

Hi,

I am having problems on my site after the latest update of the Theme. I would like to go back one version to see if the issues are still there. How do I go about getting a previous version of the theme to install? I am currenlty using version 21.7.2.

Hello,

Sadly, there is no way to downgrade the theme, you would have to ask your hosting provider about restoring your website.

I was able to roll my theme version back and my site is working perfectly again. However, now that I now that the theme was causing the problems, I am wondering if you can let me know what changed between this latest version 21.7.2 and the previous versions. My plugin developer is willing to update the plugin so that it will continue to work with the theme as both are integral parts of my site. However, in order to do that, they need to know what changed in the update. Can you please provide that info for me? I know you don't support third party plugins, but this is critical to me keeping my site up and running and this is just theme info.

We are not sure what could make that problem - all that we know, is that all of our supported plugins are working fine.
