Mobile Menu on One Page prebuilt website

Hello,

I need to know why in BeProduct5 One Page prebuilt website when I tap on menu icon (the orizontal lines) and I click on one of the link, the menu doesn't slide back but it remains open. It happens only about One Page prebuilt website Mobile Menu. 

Is there the possibility to fix that problem?

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

Hello,

This is how it is made and we cannot do anything about that, I will ask the dev team to add an option maybe. If we change it so it goes away, other users will say that it is an issue because they do not want to hide it.

I think that the user who clicks on a link in menu wants to read the page content and not the menu, IMHO. 

If possible, it would be useful the page refresh.

I insist a lot because I think that Betheme is the best Wordpress theme I have ever used.
