Jump Links For Buttons

hello, could you please explain the process of creating a jump link from a button? 

I have named the Custom ID of a segment in the website as #Durability, but when added to a button it does not seem to work, whether as url/#durability or as #durability alone. does this method only work when i am on the same page i am jumping to? or can i create cross-page jump links?

Hey,

cross page should work.

Try to insert the link not like that:

#durability

but like this:

https://mydomain.com/contact#durability if you want to go to a section on the contact page from another page.
