Upholsterer theme - video background

Apologies if this has been address but I can't find a simple answer to this.

I have a small 600K looped video of some time lapse clouds that I want to use as a background for a site I'm designing based on the Upholsterer theme. I can get the video playing on desktop screen but I also want it to play on iPad and Mobile iOS and Android, is there a work around.

I have managed to get a simple wordpress video block to play on these so I know with the video it is possible and it's not a loading weight issue. I have also tried a number of the free plug-ins and none of them seem to work. I'm happy to purchase a paid plug-in if need be.

If you want your video playing on each device, we suggest to use the Revolution Slider instead.

Our video item is made to not to display video on mobile devices by the default.
