Custom JS and CSS Files are not fetching

I have tried to include Custom JS and CSS Files, however it is not including in the source of the pages.

Could you please tell me how can I include Custom JS file for the website?

All of the CSS/JS codes should be pasted in the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS or Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Js
