Page updates not saving

Hi,

Please can you have a look at our site... http://devilleenterprises.co.za/main_wp

it will not save any changes made to any pages... I have changed theme to 2017 and pages then save... activate betheme and it will not save.

all green ticks on system status

    Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
    Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

    Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

  • If the problem appear on your homepage only, please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html
    errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

    this is not very helpful... the only error i can find is a ping error... how am I supposed to fix that?

    it also does not make sense that I can edit and save the services page but not the home page?

    It is also more than just the home page that has the problem?

    I have never had this problem before with all the other purchases of betheme?

    I have also changed to a different pre-built site and all changes are saved, so this must be a theme problem


  • I have now done as suggested after re-installing the prebuilt site and checked on firefox with NO errors????

  • I created another page (there was no pages anymore on your hosting) and it works fine.

    Can you tell me on which page it appears?

    the error of not saving the changes happens on all the pages except services page

    I wanted to turn off all of the unsupported plugins and your wordpress turned off (crashed)
    Can you disable all of them via ftp?

    As I see, you are using "Simple SSL" plugin which is not a good way to attach your SSL certificate, this should be attached on hosting, not through the wordpress.

  • I have disabled all plugins as requested
  • Can you contact your hosting provider and ask him about some logs?
    I tested a lot of things and combinations and it still does not save, there is a problem with parsing the informations.

    Please, send us a response of your hosting provider support.

  • We do not controll your hosting. You have to contact your hosting provider.
    We can only say what is wrong with the theme.

    but so far what I have done from my side is delete all content including DB + wordpress folders etc.

    re-installed wordpress + betheme and used pre-build site Pharmacy and only installing plugins required by that pre-build... all changes / updates to every page worked perfectly.

    I then reset DB and installed pre-build BeMedical shop and BeMedical shop 2 also with only required plug ins, and no changes /  updates are applied to the pages, it just gets stuck with a saving and a grey rotating circle icon on the top and in the right side bar under slider.

  • How Do i send the full log file?

  • There is a problem with reset database plugin as I see - it's related to the woocommerce.
    Can you reinstall your betheme and wp with clearing the database? - please select single demo and then edit it.

    I told about this problem to the developer team - when I'll get some response, I'll send you a message.

  • We are currently working about new plugin for the database reset, because the actual one is started to make problems.
    For now, all workarounds that we can suggest are:

    1) Deactivate plugins before cleaning the database
    2) After the issue appear, you can reset the database with "option" table not removed, you will have to register the license key once more, but woocommerce and muffin builder will start to work

    Our plugin will be released soon, but I think it will take something between 2 weeks to one month.
