I have add Testimonials one category in my menu. but it now show up.

Wordpress takes all the custom post types into consideration, but this custom post type is only for item usage and it does not have category page or single pages for each testimonial.

so mean i cannot do testimonial in menu????

Sadly, not - it's not possible.

Testimonials can be only displayed on the page, in the Muffin Builder by the "Testimonials" item
