Cart icon removed after site has loeaded

If you load the page the cart icon in #header_cart is visible for a short moment and then it's removed (and the class is deleted from <i> tag)

In theme options the icon is set correctly to "icon-basket" (other icons are also not working).

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exsts.

Strange behavior - in one tab it gets removed, in another tab of same browser its visible.
