right now I'm using the latest, but upgrading I've lost something, I have a backup of the site with 21.4.5 modified in some way (not by me) and I would to make diffs against upstream untouched 21.4.5 to check what I'm missing

Sorry, but we do not keep old versions of BeTheme.

You can ask your hosting provider about some backups, he should be able to recover your website to older state.
