Where to add custom css sheet?

Instead of working within "Theme Options" panel to add custom CSS, I like using my own text editor to have a separate CSS file, then link to it. I've just been using "@import MyOwnStyleSheet.CSS" on the base.css page, but how would I link my stylesheet with the <link rel="stylesheet"> method?

Sadly, we do not have any option to add the custom css sheet, but you can paste that CSS code (link), into one of the fields in Theme Options > SEO (Into Analytics or Pixel)

In case anyone else needs it more clear, just went to Theme Options > SEO and did the css @import link there. Screenshot here
