Theme registration for staging website, while old website is still in use

Hi! My client bought BeTheme for their current (LIVE) website. I'm developing their new website and they want to use the same BeTheme that they purchased. 

I need to register BeTheme on the staging website in order to start work on the new website. 

If I de-register the theme on the current LIVE website, will anything happen to it? 

Will they still be able to update their content and maintain their current LIVE side? 

Or would I need to purchase another license for the staging website? 

This new website will replace the old one once it's done.

Hi! 

I'm wondering if the current LIVE website will run into any issues if I de-register it. Will it loose any functionality? The old website needs to still be up while I work on the new design.

Hey,

nothing will happen. You wont be able to update the theme and plugins.

This although is a theme license violation so please register the new website asap and remove the old one completly.
