Remove Hover / Mouse Over Line Effect On

Hello,

I am using the 'Clients' feature with the 'Tiles' option chosen. There is a line underneath which I have succesfully removed with this CSS

ul.clients.clients_tiles li .client_wrapper:before { background: none;}

However there is a black line when I hover over, how do I remove this?
