Hi. Is it save to us "Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades" plugin to update your theme to the latest version?

Hello,

we did not test your plugin with our theme.

If the plugin is compatible then I see no issue. There could be problems with one thing. The bundled plugins should be updated from wordpress>betheme>install plugins and your plugin will probably miss those and try to update from the main wordpress plugin area which will not work.
