Link Pre-built websites causes Error

In BeTheme dashboard a link Pre-build websites causes an Error: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.  

Everything on the site works just fine, and every other link/function on the site works as well. But I want to change the look of my site. 

Wp- debug shows following error:

PHP Notice:  wp_add_inline_script was called <strong>incorrectly</strong>. Do not pass <code>&lt;script&gt;</code> tags to <code>wp_add_inline_script()</code>.

No problems with permissions on server side.

No problems with plugins (deactivated all of them- same result).

No problems with .htaccess 

Wordpress version 5.4.1.

BeTheme version  21.7.4

Hey,

please try to re-install wordpress in your updates tab.

Also, try to deregister and register your theme in the dasboard.

You can save the theme options as well just to be sure it is not the database.

Is your account an admin account?
