Website not works in Internet Explorer version 9 and below

We build website, cms.sunway.com.my. It works fine with all major browser, except Internet Explorer version 9 and below

Please advice.

in IE9 website works fine but all browser under IE9 are no supported by this theme.

But where you got this issue? Because we checked your website under IE9 and website looks fine. We did not noticed anything wrong at all so the problem must be somewhere on your browser side.

You compare it with chrome, you will notice tag line on the landing page's slider is not working in IE 9. Anyway i can send you the screen capture ?

To be honest we have no idea what happened under IE9 on your side because it does not look the same on our side. To be sure we checked on few different computers with the same result.

please share with us screen capture of you see and advice any specific setting need to allow as certain IE setting control by IT.

Any setting need to allow as afraid certain setting in IE disable by our IT. Then I can advice them to enable for us.

We do not use any settings. This is just how it looks like in IE9 version on our side. Tested on 3 different computers.

Do you use IE9 or use document mode? I have no issue if view on ie 11 and document mode 9.

We do not receive the feedback after our last inquiry. Appreciate you could advice as the website is pending to go live before we can resolve the IE version 9 issue.

We use document mode because we do not have any IE9 on original system as this one is very old. So we do not have any option to check it other way.

But we get the version from you, we installed it, tested and it does not look the same on our side. This must be something between IE9 version and your computer because it's not theme for sure.
