How we use popup in elementor

and in elementor muffin column is not available

do not think that this code is proper, but if you want to use the
shortcodes, just use the "Shortcode" item from the elementor plugin.

This code is proper. This code is working properly if I use it in column in muffin builder. And I have used it in shortcodes, this is not working there
