how to add social icons in menu? like facebook icon link to facebook?

Hello,

You cannot add the social icons in the menu, but you can use the Action Bar instead.

Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar, tick on the "Show above the header" option.

Also, you have to fill the links to socials in Theme Options > Socials to make them display in the action bar.
