Anchor Links to Column

Is there a way to add an anchor link on the same page from a button to a column element within a section rather than to the section itself please?

Hello,

It would be possible, but I'm not sure if it will work smooth like to the section.

Just create an <div id="scrollID"> your content </div> inside the column item.
