how to improve resolution for image gallery

i used muffin builder. i have a problem with image gallery and image resolution. image resolution is better then image gallery. so i need to improve resolution for image gallery

Hello,

To change the size of the default WordPress gallery images, please go to settings>media

Notice!
Remember to use thumbnail regeneration after you make your changes. Otherwise, the images will not change their size.

it not about size image it about resolution image it different between each image gallery and image
